San Beda Cheerbook Circa 1950s
San Beda Cheerbook Circa 1950s
Alright, maybe not really ancient, but the book apparently did come all the way from 1950's. According to ¡Ánimo San Beda!, these books came from the Crispulo Zamora era. The Zamora cup was the most coveted crown during the post-war NCAA.  San Beda retired the Cup in 1955.

It's not clear who's the owner of the cheerbook, but ¡Ánimo San Beda! recognizes Stardust (Mr. Alex Bernabe) as the owner of the photo. It's now certain that the photo and the cheerbooks are owned by Mr. Bernabe. It was handed down to him by his maternal aunt, Ms. Felicitas Ventura.

This blogsite is overflowing with beautiful stories and interesting trivias about San Beda and its rich tradition, so make sure to give it a visit.
